• All commission types are for single character pieces (Multiple characters will increase the price accordingly)

How to Order

Please send an email to samsantala@gmail.com in the following format:

• Subject: Commission: [Type]

  • Example: Commission: Full-Body Render

• Include:

  • Character Name

  • Character information such as: physical description of the character(s), a personality description

    • Optional: a desired pose, or vibe of what you’d like the piece to portray (i.e. proud after a battle, graceful and courteous)

  • Image references. These can include:

    • Other artwork

    • Previously commissioned piece

    • Photos of real armour or people

  • If proceeding with PayPal, then the PayPal email address for which to send the invoice.

  • Any other information that will be beneficial for the commission that is not listed above.

I Won’t Draw:

• Discriminating/hateful themes (Hatespeech, Racism, Sexism, Transphobia, Homophobia, etc.)

• Intense gore & violence

• Non-consensual situations

• NFT’s or anything Crypto Related

Terms & Conditions

NOTE: All private commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. The rates and terms for Commercial Artwork will vary and can be negotiated with the artist privately.

Before sending an inquiry please read the following terms:

GENERAL TERMS

• By ordering a commission and sending payment you agree to these Terms of Service.

• The artist has the right to decline any commission at any point in time for any reason.

• All professional communication is handled via email, unless otherwise agreed upon between the artist and the client to move to a different messaging platform.

ORDERING & ACCEPTANCE

• Commission orders can be sent at any point in time, even outside openings.

• Orders are accepted, quoted, and looked at individually by the artist.

• The client is responsible for clearly communicating their requirements, and supplying the artist with any necessary information to be able to execute the commission.

• Upon accepting the inquiry, an estimate of the price based on the details provided will be given.

• The prices set on the price list are starting prices that can and will be raised based on character & background complexity and NSFW themes at the artists discretion.

• If all current commission slots are filled, the client can request for their commission order to be placed onto a waitlist. Waitlist positions are brought into the current queue in order, the sooner the client sends an email, the higher they’ll be on the list. 

• The client will be contacted by the artist when their order is close to being placed into the current queue. If the client fails to respond after two weeks, the waitlist position will be removed.

PAYMENT & PRICING

• Commissions are priced individually. The final quote is decided by the artist.

• Payment is preferred through Paypal via Paypal Invoice

• All payments must be processed either half on start, half on completion, or fully up-front.

PROCESS, DEADLINES, REVISIONS

• Any deadlines issued by the client have to be communicated and agreed upon prior to beginning a commission. The artist may incur a fee for strict deadlines.

• After the payment is sent by the client, the artist will regularly communicate and update the client with the progress of the commission. 

• Minor revisions may only be requested by the client in the middle of the process, once the approval was given by the client to proceed towards completing the commissioned artwork, the artist has the right to refuse any further alterations to the artwork.

• If the artwork is required to be in any specific dimensions or size, or is to be printed, the client must let the artist know ahead of time.

CREATIVE RIGHTS

• The final artwork is strictly for personal use only.

• The client may not sell, exchange or profit from the artwork in any form, physical or digital, printed or NFT, under any circumstances unless paid for the right to do so and given permission by the artist.

• The artist retains all commercial and creative rights to the commissioned artwork. The artist may sell prints and use the artwork in any online marketing, or published materials.

• The client may not alter the commissioned artwork.

DELIVERY

• Upon completion the client shall receive the following files:

  • A full-resolution PSD with final layers

  • A full-resolution JPG

  • A smaller (internet-friendly) JPG

• Different formats such as PNG’s can be delivered if requested

• All files will be delivered via a Google Drive Folder Link

REFUNDS

• If the commission has not been started, the client will receive a full refund.

• If a commission has been started, no refunds will be given. Full refunds can only be issued before the start of a commission
